Coaching Policies – Cindy Spivack International, Inc. 

Preparation
Prior to each call, I ask that you complete any homework that was designed, discussed and agreed upon. Prior to each call if you’d like, you may also send me a Call Preparation Form that focuses the intention of our conversation.  

Coaching Conversations
For coaching conversations I will be calling you on your preferred business line.  Just as any other business commitment, I ask that you be on time for our appointments. I also ask that you provide your undivided attention to our sessions when we meet/talk (e.g., arrange for no interruptions and turning off cell phone). 

Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour (or more) notice if you need to reschedule a session by e-mailing me  at cindy@cindyspivack.com or calling me at 312-316-4916.  As your Coach, I commit to giving you advance notice should it become necessary on my part to reschedule a session, which is rare. 

Confidentiality
Everything we discuss is held in confidence. 

Testimonials
My business grows through referrals. During our relationship I may ask for testimonials to let others know what you find valuable. Alternatively, at any point in time if you are not delighted with my services, I trust that you tell me.
